I’m back and I’m in love. I told you a few months ago how VAIN hairstylists had fallen hard for the awesome new line of Kevin Murphy hair products, and now it’s happened to me. If his natural ingredient-rich Angel Wash shampoo and Angel Rinse conditioner were the dinner and a movie of our budding relationship, then Kevin Murphy’s Leave-In.Luxury leave-in conditioner was our first weekend together. And it was fantastic.
It’s got silk proteins, mango butter, and extracts of Peruvian bark (really?) to moisturize and protect colored hair and reduce frizz (please and thank you). It smells like a fancy organic spa and a nickel sized amount left my bleach-weary hair soft, smoothed, and soothed. I always worry that leave-in conditioners are going to weigh my hair down, but not this time. Not Kevin Murphy’s Leave-In.Luxury. I’ve found my silky, no-sulphate, paraben-free forever.

Gotta love the Footloose theme! Personally, I enjoy singing “Take My Breath Away” (Top Gun theme) while conditioning my hair.

Kevin loves curly hair. “Motion Lotion” “Body Guard” and “Staying Alive” are all recommended for curly hair. Stop by and ask for some samples or we can try some out on you.

Kevin has been very good to me lately. My super skinny, so-thin-you-can-read-my-mind-through-it hair is huge!
The Anti Gravity and Hair Resort add wonderful texture. Since I switched to alternating Maxi wash and Angel wash shampoos my hair stays cleaner longer with out feeling dried out. But best of all I got big hair!
If it weren’t for Obama, Kevin would be my main man.

The day I took the Angel Wash & Angel Rinse home with me I immediately threw away all the prevoius shampoos and conditioners I had been using!
I did the exact same thing when I started using Body Guard, Gritty Business, and Anti-Gravity. In fact the only non-Kevin Murphy product I use is the Spray Wax we carry (which is also amazing).
I have stick-straight, fine Asian hair and it now has tons of VOLUME!!! Someone today complimented that I had “beachy” looking hair. That’s miraculous! It was something that usually would never happen. EVER.
Best of all, I love the fact that nearly the entire line is Vegan! (with the exception of maybe a couple products).
